Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use ofAI SMM Expert ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1 Our services

AI SMM Expert provides digital marketing services, including social media growth services (followers, likes, views, engagement) and search engine optimisation packages. All services are digital — no physical goods are sold or shipped. Delivery happens electronically against the link, username or website you provide when ordering.

2 Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support immediately.
• One account per person or business, unless we approve otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to abuse promotions may be closed.

3 Placing orders

• Read the full service description before ordering — including start time, speed, min/max quantities and refill terms.
• You are responsible for submitting the correct link, username or URL. Orders sent to wrong or private targets are your responsibility (see Refund Policy).
• We never ask for your social media password. Any service requesting passwords should be reported to us.
• Start times and delivery speeds shown on service pages are estimates based on recent performance, not guarantees.

4 Payments and wallet

• Funds are added to your panel wallet before ordering. Payments below the stated minimum may not be credited.
• Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used for orders onAI SMM Expert.
• All payments are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

5 Cancellation

• You may request cancellation of an order that has not yet completed, through the support ticket system.
• Cancellation is handled manually and can take 12–24 working hours.
• If the order finishes while your request is being processed, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

6 Refunds, refills and guarantees

Refunds are issued only for undelivered or partially delivered quantities, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Refill coverage applies only to services that explicitly state a refill period — after that period ends, no refill or refund is owed for drops.

7 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harmful or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems or API.
• Resell API access in ways that violate these Terms or misrepresent our services as your own infrastructure.
• Submit abusive, threatening or fraudulent content through support channels.

8 API usage

API keys are personal to your account. Do not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code. We may rate-limit or revoke API access in cases of abuse, and we may change API behaviour with reasonable notice.

9 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or misuse the platform. In such cases, wallet balances may be frozen at our sole discretion.

10 Limitation of liability

Our services depend in part on third-party platforms (social networks, search engines) whose behaviour we do not control. We are not liable for platform-side restrictions, account actions taken by those platforms, or indirect losses arising from service delays. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use ofAI SMM Expert after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
